What's even better, it's so easy to mix the old with the new. For instance, some of the most recognizable pieces in modern bedroom sets, such as the Barcelona Daybed or the Villagio Bed, owe their design DNA to the masters of the late 1920s. More than 70 years have passed since these modern bedroom sets were first designed; yet they still look as fresh today as they did back them.
As with all and any interior design project it is a good idea to make a rough sketchy plan of the area you want to furnish, in this case your bedroom and try as hard as you can to get a representative scale of the plan. A good guide here is to measure the room in feet and inches and then use a scale of one foot to one inch on the plan. Don't worry too much about the fractions though.
Any home, or a bedroom perhaps have one or two bedside nightstand to keep your essentials at night like the alarm clock, a music box, some books, glasses, some medicines, a laptop or even pictures of your loved ones. Some would think a bedside table is just a piece of furniture to put things on it, and some did not think about its significance, and even the historical value of this loved furniture.
Don't think that modern bedroom sets will create a barren, heartless sleep space. The truth is far from it. The great designs of modern bedroom sets may be clean and free of unnecessary embellishments, but its sleekness is part of its charm. It creates a bedroom retreat that is free of clutter, highly focused and extremely comfortable.
